About the Teachers

Khien Phuc, known as Bruno, of Cambodian and French origin, has been practicing and teaching internal (Tai Chi and Qi Gong) as well as external (Kung Fu) martial arts for more than 40 years. He has studied with different masters in France, Vietnam, and China, and belongs to the “Song Long Khien Duong School,” an authentic Vietnamese martial art lineage.

Khien Phuc founded the Lotus Center in Cambodia, a retreat center for martial arts, as well as the “Lotus Flower of Light Association,” an initiative in support of the community.

Prashant Tewatia, a dedicated yogi born in Haryana, North India, who has called Goa his home for over a decade now.

Yoga has been an integral part of Prashant’s life since childhood, influenced by his grandfather’s daily practice of sun salutations. However, it wasn’t until he left home for college that yoga took on a central role in his life. Distance from home made him realize the profound impact of yoga, prompting him to embrace it wholeheartedly.

During his time in Ireland, Prashant observed the curiosity of others towards yoga, which deepened his appreciation for the practice. This experience solidified his commitment to yoga upon returning to India, where he made it his life’s mission to become a lifelong learner and teacher of yoga, martial arts, chi gung, and other somatic energy practices.
